REV. DR. CONNIE WELCH-DUJARDIN
DR. CONNIE WELCH-DUJARDIN is an International Preacher, Teacher and Entrepreneur. She has conducted leadership, entrepreneurship, youth and women's seminars in both the US and abroad. She is the Author of “Moving Out From The Pew: Equipping the Saints for the Work of Ministry, A Training Manual for Lay Leaders (Westbow Press/Thomas Nelson).

DR. WELCH-DUJARDIN is the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Emmanuel Christian Leadership and Training Institute, located in Sarasota, FL and on the world wide web. She is the Founder and President of Connie Welch Ministries, Inc. Previously, DR. CONNIE WELCH-DUJARDIN served as the Dean of Women and Professor of Homiletics, Theology, and Biblical Interpretation at Valley Forge Christian College (now University of Valley Forge).

DR. WELCH-DUJARDIN earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Virginia State University, her Master of Divinity Degree (Cum Laude) and her Doctor of Ministry Degree from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. She served 21 years in the Federal government, 17 of which she was employed at the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency as a Chemist, Product Manager and Branch Chief. She left the Agency to serve as a Global Regulatory Consultant for ChemReg International, LLC, before establishing her own environmental management and consulting firm Connie Welch and Associates.

In 2012, DR. WELCH-DUJARDIN merged her company with toXcel, LLC where she now serves as the Vice President of the Life Sciences Division. DR. WELCH-DUJARDIN is the former Host and Executive Producer of the cable television show "Life with Connie", where she and her guests discussed the religious, socio-economic, and international issues facing our world today.
